CafePress to fill out a request form, and they will send you an
RMA and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Shipping charges
are not refundable.

page will provide you with detailed information about your current
or past orders. If your order has not been processed you may modify
or cancel your order from this page.
If your order has been shipped via UPS, you may
track it using links provided in your order detail. It may take
up to one (1) business day for your information to be posted on
the UPS website.

our customer service hours. Before calling, please note the Product
Numbers of the items you wish to order. To find the Product Number,
simply click on the item you wish to order and locate the Product
